Here is the New Trick To Use VLC player as video cutter 2012

Sometimes we feel need to cut movie from switch or other. For this we use different form of movie divider, but these days I will show you how to do this by VLC. To do this, just adhere to the below teaching.
Step 1: Release VLC press player and switch on Innovative handles placed under the Perspective list.

step 2 : Now open The Video And Press Record button.

 

Step 3: we will rather play the video and record the segment using the built-in VLC decoder. So seek to the position you want to start your recording and press both play and record button simultaneously...

step 4: Again press the Record button when you want to stop the recording. The clip will be automatically saved as an MP4 media file type in your Libraries/Videos folder in Windows 7 and xp.
